Pay Attention
When you love someone you better pay attention
If you don't you will be sent to heartache detention,
It is like when you were attending school
And treated your steady girlfriend like a fool,
A fool I never want to again be
You see I broke her heart which she gave only to me,
Now I must work really hard to make all the repairs
Starting by paying attention so she knows my heart really cares,
For if you ignore the woman you really love
You get struck down from the Heaven's Above,
So I will pay attention to her every single day
'Cause it would be a real shame if I let her get away.

The Cheater Doghouse
When you cheat on the woman you love
On death you don't get to go to the Heaven's above,
You must go to a very special doghouse with bars you see
Which is a very lonely place in all actuality,
For you get sent by your love to solitary-confinement
And can't get out until your vehicle needs a front-end alignment,
That is only needed every one-hundred thousand miles
So you must miss out on a whole lot of happiness and smile,
The point of this kind of doghouse is to teach you a lesson
Don't ever treat the one you love like chicken fried in Wesson,
You will remain in the doghouse 'til you are trusted once more

More Than A Mistake
A sin was committed by this poet
A painful one and he would forever know it,
For it wasn't like cheating on the final exam
The one you can never take over again,
Now he had to try to win her respect back
Something that now he did lack,
Since this mistake her trust in me has been lost
And that is a really terrible cost,
August was the time she was going to visit me
Now she is unsure I love her so I missed out you see,
She decided to cancel her request for vacation time
Now I really blew it like a talking mime,
So now falling to temptation has really made me pay
And she wasn't even nice sorta like the B word many don't say.

Like buying a warranty with an expensive appliance
Honesty is a great policy to own for reliance,
Your washer might only be covered for seven-hundred days
But you better make sure your love is covered always,
For taking out the wrong policy for a relationship
Can hurt both involved as like a really bad acid trip,
You see the wrong policy will surely make your love leave,
If you make that purchase, no happiness will be left to retrieve,
But buying the Honesty Policy will make everything great
And to see you your lover will not be able to wait,
So the Honesty Policy is the best one to buy
'Cause if you tell the truth you will never lose your girl or guy.
